Sometimes simple works.

Put a ring on her finger, you doofus.

I used to work with a couple of ladies that freely admitted that they married their husbands because they were a mess. So when there was a big decision to make these ladies knew they could win the argument and get their way. (Of course for one of the marriage ended after about a year, just in time for her old boyfriend to get out of prison… Yep…)

Not that I’m saying that this is Jay’s situation, no no no. The writers are much too kind and are good story tellers.

He treats her nice and makes her laugh.

I get asked he same question. I’m not sure whether I’m being insulted or congratulated.

I think Joe Jackson once asked the same question.

Jay nailed it when he said wonderful woman. Unsolicited compliments are always appreciated.

Is Jay saying he physically created Andromeda to be like him?

“He’s got the power of Hoo Doo!”

Why would a woman want a man who looks like an Adonis who probably acts like he’s God’s gift. Jay is a good man and is certainly not Hephaestus. (And even if he were, looks aren’t supposed to matter.)

Looking at his face I thought, “The same way Pinocchio makes them happy”?

There are at least some women who can resist “Bad Boy Syndrome”

Point taken but there is no accounting for taste and that is why some lucky guys get girls way out of their range……

I’d guess a big reason is Jay isn’t intimidated or jealous by her having more power than him and doesn’t expect her to use it for him or otherwise try to dominate her and is generally pleasant to be with takes him halfway there, Sal on the other hand
