Funny that

Once upon a time the game made a splash, but that’s about the last time I heard of anyone playing it.

Next up is… “Jarts” !

My mother-in-law (may she rest in peace) was a croquet shark.

On my bucket list is going to a mud truck show but old fart city hubby won’t go.

My grandpa had his yard with little concrete spots for the metal. That made the layout exact for each game. We loved playing with him.

Great scrabble word though.

Serious question: Does Arlo mean the “first weekend of summer bucket list” or the “lifetime bucket list”?

Kind of my attitude about any sport. Where a ball goes never really stirred my emotions.

It has been my observation that those who are “bored” by sports are, like me, physically incapable of being even mediocre. I enjoy watching the athleticism of those who can like: Tiger; Jordan; Carew; Clemente; Koufax; Peyton; Luck; etc.

Cause he lost

We had one of those at our summer cottage. Early 50’s, batteries not included or needed

I will be checking off an item on my bucket list in a few weeks when I attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado.

I miss playing croquet. We used to at my grandparents. We don’t have a yard big or flat enough.
