Good response from Wanda. Kids seem to appreciate more and take better care of things the by with their own money. Wanda and Darryl can cut the earning time shorter by having Zoe do extra chores and paying her for them. Something also needs to be available for Hammie if he wants to also earn extra money.

In our house the response would be “I want to win a million dollars but I don’t see that happening either”. Everybody has ‘wants’ but that doesn’t make it a ‘need’.Wanda could say No.If any kid wants to argue about it the ‘ad delivery device’ (tablet, phone, computer, tv) can be put in time out for a week until the kids can better handle the marketing geared to make them want to bug us to spend on the whim de jour.
