Someday the paper boy will become a fearless mail-carrier…..

I knew his bark was worse than his bite!

Although it isn’t a very complementary image of our precious Buckles the third panel of him and the paper boy is cool anyway : )

But his hiss is pretty fearsome!

Yeah, I don’t think holding a dog back by his head is such a good idea, let alone actually working.

My dogs are okay with our paper girl, but they’re convinced the Amazon delivery guys are part of an assassin cult.

That’s a paperboy? Here they hurl papers out of fast moving cars with indifferent results.

My dog considers all delivery people to be someone to happily greet. All 3 of the beagles I have had have been like that. Once visiting a friend beagle #2 was at the door and let out a whine, like she recognized someone. I went to the door to see what was there – an UPS truck and not likely the one that goes down our street. I have never had a dog who wanted to eat someone at the door – even my dobie would defer to my decision as to whether we eat the person at the door or not.
