Only you would try to save a flower growing up thru the sidewalk, Ziggy.

How would you like it if somebody poured a bucket of water on your head!

There is a rose in Spanish Harlem… It’s growing in the street.

The reward for heeding the encouragement, “Bloom where you are planted.” Thanks, Ziggy!

I love it when homeowners, fed up with the street department’s inaction, plant flowers or bushes in a pothole.

A loving act of kindness. But watering that flower will contribute to the decay of the sidewalk, as plants growing through a crack in the sidewalk exert an amazing slow but steady force that gradually breaks and destroys the cement, better thing for the ZigMeister to do is to gently grab the flower at it’s base near the root and carefully pull it out, getting as much root as possible and transplant it in a field or pot.
