You can have too much of a good thing sometimes. Even pb & j sandwiches. She just needs a little more variety…..

Growing up I made the mistake of saying I liked bologna sandwich and vegetable soup. My Aunt proceeded to make it all through High School for lunch (yes we were allowed to go home for lunch).

Another example of ask the wrong question, get the wrong results.

One good thing about Hattie is she makes Wilberforce look a lot better.

Maybe Gladys is sick of YOU, Hattie.

I think Gladys was going for the safe answer to feet Hattie. Asking a child what they want for lunch can lead to a full lunch hour of changes in answer.

How about olive loaf, cheese and sour cream?

Used to sit with Grandpa, on our apartment’s balcony and watch the traffic go by, while we each had a large spoon, full of peanut butter we licked like a lollypop.
