Seriously? 10K is a hair over 6 miles. Most people could walk that in about 2 hours or so.

I’m doing a marathon this month! And, at a mile a day, I expect to be done on the 26th or 27th.

i changed my mind. this is probably a 9/13

I could probably run a 10k… in 10 days.

…..AND every tube of Aspercreme and/or Icy Hot on the store shelf…..he’s gonna be down ’n out for a while…….

I must give this to Dad. For his absolute HATRED or physical activity, when he puts his mind to something, he finishes it. For better or worse. His will is abnormally strong.
