I don’t eat junk food because I am lazy. I don’t want to get into my car and drive to where they serve it. When I worked in the office, I brownbagged my lunch. Now that I am at home, I am limited to what I have in my refrigerator.
When I go shopping for food, I can turn on my will power long enough to refrain from buying it. Then, if it’s not in the house, I can’t eat it. See above about being willing to go out and get some.
The only time I eat junk food is when I am on vacation. It’s part of the experience.
I was eating onion rings at a local restaurant and while holding one, noticed the grease oozing out. I then thought, why the f am I putting that into my already unhealthy body?

Nope Aunty, I don’t. Between meals I like to do activities that provide me with exercise. They tend to balance themselves out.
