After WWII, an entrepreneur bought a fleet of surplus P-40 fighter planes, sold the fuel and scrapped the rest and made money. I’d sure liked to have had a couple of those when he was through with them.
Hang on to it. Could be you’ll need it when your electric car quits and/or takes hours to recharge. When I bought my last car I met a woman at the lot. She was stepping out of the tow truck. I learned the replacement batteries for her near 1 year old Honda electric car would have cost her near $40,000.
Liking my electric vehicle more. OTOH, looking for a new ICE vehicle, I got an estimate of $595 trade-in value for my car, when there was a very similar one right outside they were selling for $6995. Mine was in better condition and had half the mileage. Shysters.
My Prius has a 10-gallon tank, but when I fill it up it usually takes 8 1/2 gallons. At current prices for regular, that comes to less than $50. And that lasts me 3-4 weeks.

The gas station better not be as far as it takes to run a full tank.

My car has a 20gal tank, so a tank of gas @ Current Indiana price of $4.993 would be $99.86. No deal!

I put $83 in mine the other day, and it wasn’t even for a full tank. To fill it all the way would cost over $100.
