With mine, it’s either claws or rattling the door handle. Both are a rude awakening.

The real cat alarm however goes off at 2 AM.

Oy! Sleeping (aaand awaking) with cats – the old long and sad TAIL…

That’s why some prefer to sleep with the fishes…(or don’t they?)

That is a much better tail alarm by Garfield than the annoying clock sound alarm.

You awaken from a dream where you are being suffocated by a huge weight on your chest.

That cat messes with Jon even in its sleep. My cats were never a problem as they never slept in the house.

At my house, more the 15 year old meowing in my face demanding breakfast.

Where’s the plug for this alarm clock?

I have had a cat like that.

If the tail is the snooze alarm I don’t want to know what the final alarm is, but Garfield did have chili last night for supper.

I actually have an alarm app on my phone that I use to wake up at 5:30 in the morning, though I use it so that I can wake up early to take my morning shower.

Cat flying out the window alarm to me…..

but…the snooze is to keep on sleeping. that doesn’t make sense here.

My cat walks all over me in the middle of the night when she wants out. Especially across my stomach.

Rule #3 about cats- they sleep whenever they want to, and YOU sleep whenever they want to.

When you compare him to his 70’s version, our Garfield looks slender.

Wake up and feed me, $%&@head!!!!

With one cat I had, once she woke you up there was no going back to sleep. Would wake me up with a cold, wet nose pressed to the spot on the center of my upper lip at the base of my nostrils. Talk about a rude awakening!

This is exactly what my grandmother’s schnauzer does to both my uncle and her every morning. #greatmindsthinkalike ☺

Jon, why is Garfield sleeping on top of your bed foremost?! This should be a clue for you. #restlessguy ☺

Mother Goose July 24.

My cat would jump on your chest, with the hard landing that cats can choose to do, and then sniff my nose. Those whiskers sure did tickle and did the trick.
