Birds are descended from some, but not all, dinosaurs. They are not descended from tyrannosaurus rex.

Ah, delusions of grandeur. The desendent of a therapod, yes – but not THAT therapod. T-Rex’s smaller cousin. More like he’d be biting your ankles.

Will somebody PLEASE explain those Jurassic Park movies and why anybody would want a pet T-Rex?

You can pick plant-eating Brontosaurases—-but that isn’t macho enough. You gotta have the dangerous one to prove what a big shot YOU are.

It’s like KING KONG—“We’ll teach this big ape fear!I’m smaller than his toenail, but I’ll teach him fear!”

It’s funny how cartoon birds often claim to be descended from T-rex. None of them say they’re descended from Compsognathus! It’s like how so many people claim to have been Alexander the Great or Joan of Arc in a past life, never a peasant or a knave.
