Just swap the positions of the vault and the cybernetic tiger pens. Easy peasy. You want the vault near Command anyway, for security reasons. The barracks being next door can probably help with that, if you trust your guards.

Nice! Every good super mega hideout needs a moat. I’m assuming there are gators in there, but what about a submarine? When I was their age, I drew plans to build a submarine and a personal tank. I built the tank, but never got around to the submarine because I was having too much fun playing with the tank. I lay waste to anything in my way. The neighborhood rue the day I was born!
