Bear’s accumulated dirt would make Pig-Pen appear to be the cleanest kid on the Peanuts block.

Bear must not like baths.

“But Bear, that’s where the salmon are.”

“There are cans of salmon in the bathtub?”

Take bear outside and hose him down.

He could use a little wash.

Bear dandruff?

The last time he swam in a lake he left a tub ring.
