    Many states require lawyers to take mandatory ethics training every three years and it must be in person, not a recording or video. What a joke.

    Why do some women want their husbands to go to the store with them? I always preferred to go alone, for a little peace & quiet, away from the family.

    One place I worked had a mandatory “Sexual Harassment Training” course. A year – and many jokes – later, they renamed it to “Sexual Harassment Prevention Training”.

    Obviously rule #1 at that company as far as bribes is concerned is don’t be bought off cheaply.
