Speaking of dimwits, there’s no one better than the one who planted that sign. The only way to read that sign is to teeter backwards on the edge of the cliff, and if there are any loose rocks, LOOK OUT BELOWWW!
Hey, now I can wish Odie a happy belated birthday. Happy birthday, pup! Aside from that, it’s been a while since Echo Point has been in a strip. Welcome back!
This is so sad that I have two dogs just like that. One will bark so the other one barks and then they try to figure out what they are barking at in the first place.

You tell em, Odie!

How do you know that, Garfield? How do you know there’s not another dog at the bottom of the cliff?

It’s like recording yourself on a tape recorder (or an iPhone’s voice recorder app) and you wonder why your voice sounds different.

Hey, it is still better than the last time Odie was at Echo point, and got no response at all…

Odie reminds me of when I encounter a barking dog. Should I bark back, I would get different reactions.

Evidently, Odie doesn’t grasp the concept of “echo”…
shaodyn over 2 years ago
This seems kinda dumb, but it was established that Odie is so stupid it took him three years to learn to breathe.

Oh, the irony. Odie’s biggest rival is himself.
edmund_graham over 2 years ago
Hey, the echo insulted Odie’s mother, he had to voice his anger!
brick10 over 2 years ago
And like sooooo many others, Odie loves the sound of his own voice.

Dog on other side of canyon: Shut up, cat! Can’t you see we are trying to have an intellectual conversation?
CaveCat87 over 2 years ago
That’s like what happened on “Brother Bear” with the two rams repeatedly shouting at their echoes to shut up.

well…good luck making him stop now. and NO PUSHING HIM DOWN THE CLIFF!

What’s that thing when you ask a question to yourself and you answer back?
ChristianFilmmakerWannaBe over 2 years ago
Maybe the echo’s back talking to Odie.

This could get nasty and only laryngitis will put an end to it.

If Odie doesn’t stop, someone’s going to need an echocardiogram!

Don’t be too hard on Odie. After all, it took him three years to learn to breathe.
