I can think of a few other things that ought to have a death sentence

That’s not what I would call litter, butt …okay.

that would wipe out a good third of the citizenry in my corner of the world. the citizenry who regard their car windows

as trash receptacles.

Now if I could only get my neighbor to do that without causing some kind of feud. Some people just don’t get it.

It seems that there are some who would like to regulate our behavior (and choices) (and thoughts?) almost to this extent (at least in this direction). Is that the kind of world we/you want? (Where is the beauty in that?)

Death sentences don’t deter crimes.

Apply it to graffiti, too, please.

Litterers deserve punishment but the death penalty is too extreme. Life imprisonment without parole makes much more sense.

I thought punishment wasn’t a deterrent for crime.
