Misinformation? That is when an oblivious Guy (Male) is nominated by University of Pennsylvania for NCAA ‘Woman of the Year’ award. Or is that a break with reality????

Every time a politician says something, it’s spreading disinformation…or is that fertilizer?

I remember someone explaining that to Fox in The X-Files. The government leaks accurate information to people who are known to be crazy, so that no one will believe them.

Plans for Operation Overlord fell into German hands before D-Day. General Eisenhower approved leaking alternative invasion plans so the Germans wouldn’t know which was the real deal. Several days after Normandy, Hitler was still waiting elsewher with massed troops for the REAL invasion to start.

For people who think the world is a simple place, either one way or the other, I would recommend reading “Foucault’s Pendulum” by Umberto Eco. This world is so full of so many rabbit holes you can get lost in, it can make you dizzy and wonder about some of the things you think you can rely on.
