I find it weird that they can’t swim, since my entire school had to learn in grade 1 or 3 or something. Do ’mericans not teach swimming in grade school?
You boys can still just.. stand in the pool. It’s what I do in bigger pools as I can’t swim, and granted i’m gangly, but there shoudl be a shallower section even in a home pool you guys can go in.

I hear spandex is really hard to take off after you’re wet. And it gives bad wedgies too.

And good luck finding a swimsuit in August! All the summer stuff was put away on July 5, now it’s all back to school clothes!

None of the places I lived ever had required swimming in public schools. My parents had to sign us up for lessons at the pool.
