There’s an old Little Audrey cartoon in which she went to see the Rainmaker, and saw that it was literally a spring shower, raining cats and dogs, and pitchforks.
I remember one nice sunny summer day in St. Louis back in the early 70s. I had called “Time and Temperature” that morning and they said that “There was no chance of rain.” That afternoon, I called again while it was POURING DOWN outside, and they HAD changed the forecast — now it said “The chance of rain is nil.”

Finally see them in a vehicle. Was there ever given a reason why they don’t have a truck?
