After Calvin had eaten a few spoonfuls of sugar as recommended by Hobbes, his hiccups were gone. Then when Hobbes jokingly pounced on Calvin — scaring the daylights out of Calvin — Calvin’s hiccups returned.

Zoe, I’m disapointed. I know that was just a first attempt but I know you can do better.

When Doug had the hiccups on The King Of Queens, Arthur blew an airhorn right in his face.

I have 6 sisters. Like Hammie, they couldn’t scare me. However, I do suffer from Anxiety

A teaspoon of sugar on the tongue swallowed quickly usually does it for me.

Zoe, Zoe, Zoe, you can’t scare Hammie that way. If you want to scare him be really nice to him. Make him breakfast, clean his room, watch his tv shows with him. Now that will terrify him.
