Sad thing is, that it’s not a 98¢ store anymore either….

if that Gas Price weren’t so true…

I remember when I could drive all day on #1.00 worth of gas.

I usually take that into account on whether to buy something in a local store, or order it online.

Our Dollar Tree grew a few more branches, it now the $1.25 Tree.

REALLY?!!! I’m paying $3.79 per gallon where I live!!!

So the gas will cost more than what you intend to buy?

I was at the supermarket and forgot my $1.00 coupon. The thing was it would take $2.50 worth of gas to go home, get it and return. Decided not to bother.

At least the gas companies have made a 300% profit from this time last year. I hope they’ll survive on that. rolls eyes

If you get 12 gallons of gas, make sure you get a dozen 98¢ donuts!

The local 99₵ store has sign below it saying, “Well not anymore, we’re just too lazy to change the sign”.

And the “dollar” store is now $1.25

With all the coments I see especially the gas for 26 cent; I too recall paying 26 cents per gallon, but that was when I earned $1.60/hr.
