I would strongly consider that if given the option (and the ability to put up a patio umbrella). A rooftop view may well be worth enduring some 90°+ days, and sub-freezing days are no biggie if wearing enough layers (though typing whilst wearing winter gloves could prove challenging). Working outside during wind gales and heavy rain would be… unproductive but pretty durn awesome.
