Yup, a clean desk means an organized mind. And we can beat inflation if each worker increased productivity 10% with no salary increase.
Pro sports are a workplace too, with university sports not far behind (NIL creep) …!
If workplace was like sports, then a poor financial year wouldn’t result in employees getting laid off. It would result in new managers instead.
I worked for a company that if you got in trouble for sexual harassment they sent you to the subsidiary in New Jersey
