    At least it’s a toon that fairly depicts that politicians’ pandering with the money of the unwashed masses comes from the full political spectrum. Of course, considering the interest and intelligence of today’s voters the only numbers they know are what their grocery receipt and the gas station sign say.

    Now, Nick, the first four debts had strong Repub support as they represented their backers for re-election. Yes, the student loan debt is probably all Dem, but the total cost is way lower than the other four and should be at the bottom of the list for that reason.

    It’s either that or a very bad recession. Capitalist economies operate on people buying stuff. And if they can’t buy stuff we get a situation like we had in the 1930s. And that was not very pleasant.
