I wonder if Dr. Fauci leaves work and in the privacy of his own home lets loose with a primal scream (the reason for his hoarseness)? He must feel as though he has been living on the Planet of the JackanAPES! When Fauci retires, Rand Paul won’t have Fauci to project-vomit his ignorance on, anymore.

His only sins were to contradict tRump and call Randy Pauly a liar to his face, on camera, in a committee hearing. In other words he used the information he had at the time to tell the truth and that is the worst sin of all in GQP world.

A knight in shining armor shows the world he’s been smarter than most, serving under other presidents….

GOP can’t stand someone who is ethically, morally, and compassionately smart!

They have no clue on human traits so they tear people apart to make themselves look manly and superior….where in fact, they are lower than a snakes belly and thrive on destruction of other human beings who outshine, outperform, and show compassion, intelligence, and love for fellow man.

The man is a world expert on pandemics and other medical issues. He has made many contributions to the understanding and treatment of immune-related and infectious diseases. He should walk out with his head held high for his service to this nation.

I read in an interview a few days ago that Dr. Fauci isn’t really “retiring” and leaving. He is stepping back from the top job, but will be available for consultation, assistance and advice to the people who will be in charge. He has done all he could for us. He loves what he has been doing. His job has been his passion for over 50 years and it shows. His knowledge has helped us. We are all better off by his service to our nation. Too bad he has crossed the paths of ignoramuses who vilified his work in an effort to puff up their own egos.

There was a time when Americans would not tolerate blatant fascist lies like Murdoch’s — instead of being deceived by them and even opposing reality.

Fauci couldn’t win. No matter what he did, he would suffer all manner of slings and arrows. I personally think he did the best he could, and I applaud him for that. It’s just depressing to see the best person for the job attacked from so many sides. Like the alleged poster above, those who know nothing think they know more than a bona fide expert. I wish the good Doctor well.

Ah, but there are. They’re everywhere. They’re why we can’t have nice things.

Which part is the one where he doesn’t do what he knows is the correct and moral option because he doesn’t want to get on his superior’s bad side?

Dr. Fauci has spent close to a lifetime telling medical facts about infectious diseases to many presidents, Dem and Repub, as they were currently known. And, he was willing to update his reports as new information became available.
