Nikes are becoming cheap shoes. I’ve been wearing them for a lot of years, but my latest pair, used only for walking, since I’m almost 80, is coming apart at the toe with only 4 months of use.
I refuse to spend that much money on shoes that have something like a 300% markup. I found a pair that I really like, but they’re selling for $140. If they ever end up in a close-out sale for $50, I’ll buy them.
