I think I’m seeing a pattern here…

Watched a young woman walking down the street, bumping into the parking meters while texting.

Two more phone zombies get their Darwin warning

and ironically, they both have t-mobile

I hear some cities are looking into putting up some protective padding so people do not hurt themselves because they were too busy looking at their phones because you know that someone will sue because they were injured.

I saw someone nearly get hit by a big work truck because they were crossing the street against the light jacking away on their phone and not looking. Put me off getting a phone for years.

Thank goodness they were walking and not driving!

Looks more like a head on collision, rather than a ‘T’ bone.

Classic. My personal favorite was a video of a person texting while walking on a pier. You guessed it. Walked right off the end of the pier. I wonder if their thumbs were still in motion upon hitting the water.

That sounds like poetic justice. But, in the real world, it seldom works out that way.

Believable.

Surprised, and disappointed, it doesn’t happen more often. With phones with no protective covers
