That’s very true. As Einstein said subjectivity is in the eye of the beholder just as with artwork. It is all relative to the observer. For example a train’s whistle changes its pitch depending on whether the train is moving towards you or away from you .. yet the electronics in the whistle produces the exact same sound both times!
“All of life is subjective.” That reminds me of Bill Watterson, author of my favourite comic strip. In “The Calvin and Hobbes Tenth Anniversary Book”, Watterson devotes his third paragraph about Hobbes to the matter of Hobbes’s reality. “I do not see Hobbes as a stuffed doll who miraculously comes to life when alone with Calvin. Nor do I see Hobbes as a product of Calvin’s imagination….Calvin sees Hobbes one way. Everyone else sees Hobbes another way….Hobbes has more to do with the subjective nature of reality than with dolls coming to life.”

I know there’s an amazing math joke to be made here, and I regret that I don’t remember enough to make it

What I get is that she’s saying that it is a 100% universal (and therefore “objective”) truth that “all of life is subjective”.
