Dang! This strip made me go down into the basement… only to find there was no ice cream down there.

I mean, it’s free ice cream. Why wouldn’t it work?

I just love this comic strip!

What’s this about sailors “guarding” the cargo from stowaways they don’t know about? Or from prisoners who can’t go anywhere? Do nuclear-powered subs have onboard security to protect the valuable energy source? Is anyone steering the ship while this is going on? And how many servings of ice cream in a galleon? Speculating minds are baffled.

I’m just noticing how adorable the unibrow & eyepatch just visible are. Ya kinda get a bit distracted by the rest of the panel.
