I’ve done 31 miles in a day but I didn’t walk all of it… it’s a very long boring walk! Much better to run it. Betty has run 26.2, she ought not to be so shocked.

Take a hike, Bub.

When I was in Boy Scouts the hikes always broke into two groups: the fast ones and the slow ones who enjoyed the hike and learned things along the way.

But they just said yesterday that Bub never walks anywhere…?

30?? I walk two miles in half an hour every morning. Amy more than that and I’m just wasting my time.

Didn’t walk 30 miles a day as a Network Admin but definitely put in the steps. Could have solved a lot of issues remotely but I liked to work hands-on.

And he doesn’t ask, “How much is twice as far as long?”

Like me, he’s seen parts of the course that have yet to be explored.

done more than 30 miles a day with a full pack, you also get people to motivate you along the way.

In some places, towns were settled a day’s walk apart. In other places, they were a day’s wagon ride apart.
