Here’s proof! This picture and video were taken in 2019. I had made a peanut butter sandwich to take to work for my lunch and when I turned my back, Heathcliff jumped up on the table and stole my sandwich and he ate it. He was such a sweet cat. I just realized I just passed the one year anniversary of his passing over the Rainbow bridge. (Heathcliff 7-4-05 to 9-18-21)

I went to sleep with a sore throat and awoke with a bad cold. Hot tea with a pain pill for breakfast. Mark is on the west coast this week so hopefully I won’t be contagious when he returns. My washing machine won’t drain…tried some DIY stuff. The drain hose is stuck tightly inside the drainage pipe…ugh. Will try, again, to dislodge it. Thank Cat for the Laundromat!

Well, we do give bugs a bad rap. I know I do…..just stay out of my house!!

Over the weekend my daughter and her husband released into the woods the momma mouse they (the calico kitten, actually) had caught in their house. I wonder if they plugged up the opening where she entered.

Well, to be fair, is there anything good to say about bedbugs? (They should be glad they aren’t cockroaches. They have an even worse reputation.) On another note, saw a sparrow, four dragonflies, a finch, a chipmunk, two ravens, and a rabbit while out walking today.
