Doogie Howser is about as close as it gets, Ruthie.

Ruthie, you go to a doctor because of his/her level of specific knowledge and education, not their gender.

And do you only drive cars built by women who understand your special needs as a woman, across bridges that were built only by women who understand your special needs as a woman?

My physician of 50+ years is retiring. His replacement looks a lot like Ruthie.

Well, Ruthie, there is that kid doctor in Jump Start…but he doesn’t have credentials.

Why is it that people think it’s quite natural for a woman to have a female doctor, but if a man prefers a male doctor, he’s called “sexist”?

Oh, just a thought.

The parents had to explain to their daughter that her cat had to go to veterinarian hospital. At the veterinarian hospital, there are no human patients. There are only dog patients and cat patients. The daughter then asked, “Are the doctors and nurses, dogs and cat too?!”
