INNERGIZE DAY Innergize Day on the day after the Autumnal Equinox offers an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. The fast pace of summer activities passes by now. Languid autumn days provide tranquil sunsets and peaceful moments. Do things you enjoy that make you feel good about yourself. Let stress and worry fade away for the day.
Actually, I totally disagree with this. For me, summer isn’t fast paced. It’s relaxing and rejuvenating. A time to do the things I enjoy that make me feel good. No stress. No worries. Fall means everything dies. My garden is gone, my house plants have to come inside. Trees lose all their leaves. Everything turns brown and dead. In the fall, it’s too chilly to go outside to look at sunsets. I prefer summer sunsets. I don’t like fall. I find fall to be depressing. I want summer to stick around a few more months.
Chesney, you have a roof over your head, a warm place to sleep, food, and loving from Annie. Be thankful for all that, a lot of cats don’t have that much.
Yum. I’d love a good chicken pot pie. Of course, I buy them frozen; I don’t make them. But today, I stopped at the deli and bought some of their delicious stuffed cabbage and mashed potatoes. I also bought a rib-eye steak to cook tomorrow, my first steak in months.
Watch it, Chesney, or you’ll be reading that charter on the loading dock. It could right about cats having absolute rule, though. We only think we’re in charge. On another note, saw a robin, a rabbit, a squirrel, and a chickadee while out walking today.

Sorry, Chesney, but despite what your charter says, Annie rules the warehouse. Her word is law.

Be careful Chesney, or you will be getting a little kick in your ‘ifs ands and buts’ ~ especially the buts.
