It’s like when I worked with an exotic animal veterinarian in Philly, where venomous snakes and alligators are illegal to own. So only cops had them..
Here in S. Florida, we have lots of venomous snakes and alligators. Nobody owns them. They own themselves.
So that’s why we all don’t have our own Jetpacks like we were promised.
That hovercraft was real and worked. Just not good for war.
