Middle of the night I will get woken with an overwhelming smell of cologne. This happens about twice in a month. I will check around to see if everything is okay. But I have come to the conclusion that the guy walking down the road… talking on his phone… is the source of the odor. Mostly because some of the outdoor dogs will not bark much at him. I think he wears so much as canine repellent! Even the dogs have sense enough to not tolerate THAT much!
