Looks like a nebulous cloud to me.

When I look at clouds, I see Darth Vader, and hear, “This is CNN.”

They both seem to have an excess of hot air in them.

Nice to see Spirit is not going to rain on his parade…….

Rain is nothing but dogs peeing in heaven and hail is nothing but dogs p00ping in heaven, So to end this drought someone in heaven needs to refill their water dish. Yip yip yip yip yip
