My first thought, daily, is are all the outside animals (my horses and their ring leader) still home.. after a head count, THEN I feel the pain… or not.
mine is usually – head shoulders knees and toes – yep all there, all complaining, so what else is new. then if I can stand up without falling over – IT’S GONNA BE A GOOD DAY. some coffee, let the dogs out, some humor, some scripture, and finally some work – BORING but good.

I’ve found that just about everything hurts. And whatever doesn’t hurt, doesn’t work.
