Hate to think of it but evidently gonna have to cut back. Only 2 cups a day for decades, but now if I miss, headache wins. Don’t need that with the other meds situations that are beginning to get my attention.
When I visit my kinfolk in Ireland, I change my lifestyle.
Instead of fruit, cheese and a cup of coffee for breakfast, I have cereal. Instead of wine in the evening, it’s beer and instead of coffee, it’s tea.
One day as I was sitting at the table chatting with my sister-in-law, I poured myself some tea. She said, “Let me make fresh. That’s been steeping for over an hour.” I replied, “Good, then it should just be about ready.”
Having a Y chromosome, I never attended tea parties as a child. So I did not know until I became an adult that there was such as thing as a “tea cozy.”

I wouldn’t trade my coffee for all the tea in China.

True to my Finnish heritage, any time is time for another cup of coffee.

Noooo! Coffee and tea will never be compatible. Ask someone who had their mug of tea topped up with coffee in a restaurant.
