Considering that nobody even recognizes, let alone acknowledges, Agnes’ quirkiness, this is another venture doomed to failure.

I find it peculiar and queer that Agnes does not differentiate between uniqueness and oddness. It comes across as bizarre and curious.

If she could teach oddness, that might be a marketable skill

Maybe she saw the movie My Name is Nobody and she wants to emulate Terence Hill.
