Twitter, which has lost money except for 2 years of it’s existence (2018, 2019) will cost Musk big-time in the long run. I always thought it was incredibly stupid for a CEO of a green energy electric car company to antagonize the very segment which makes up the majority of his customers for Tesla. It’s not MAGA troglodytes who are buying his cars after all. Now his antics with empowering crazies and Alex Jones-style lies on Twitter will drive his Tesla customers to the large group of other electric and hybrid car manufacturers. There’s an investigation into the self-driving claims he’s made about his cars which will cost him $$ (at the very least in lawyer fees) and his tweeting of lies such as the post he wrote about Mr. Pelosi open him up to libel charges. They will have to change the icon of Twitter from a bluebird to an albatross.

Here is something to consider. Grab a calculator and type in 221,000,000,000 and divide that by 10,000. Pretend that 10,000 is your pay each and every day. Wow! Does that not sound great? Now divide the number you get by 365. That is how many years you would be paid at $10,000 each and every day if you were Musk with his current worth. Now is it not at least somewhat reasonable for rich people to be expected to pay more in taxes than they do now?

A very large ego combined with a practically limitless bankroll. Something is wrong with our tax code for a person to be that rich.
