Jon is such an easy mark it seems

There’s one born every minute.

The guy was probably a cars salesman before he became a Christmas tree salesman. Jon got lucky that he got four Christmas trees instead of four cars at his yard.

I was going to ask why Garfield did nothing to intervene, but he probably liked the idea of multiple trees too much to care

So we’ve got a tree for Odie, a tree for Garfield, a tree for Jon and one for Liz!

Jon should have gotten just 3 trees instead of 4, one for him, one for Garfield, and one for Odie.

Not just a Christmas Tree, but a Christmas Forest! How wonderful! :)

Next year, either take Garfield or Liz tree hunting to keep from getting yourself conned, Jon.

That Christmas tree salesman must be a relative of Mr. Swindler from the “Garfield and Friends” TV series.
