I guess even after 1500 years, still counting, she doesn’t know that if you do ANY EXERCISE without warming up and stretching first YOU WILL REALLY HURT! technically you should do some stretching after too.
I like Broomie’s kind of “stretch”; of course, it will do nothing for her rotund appearance. But who cares? We love our little old witch just the way she is!
