He has, to a degree, body dysmorphia disorder. Megan Fox has it. It is a real psychological problem which must be maddening when everyone is telling you how very hot you look. :(

Could this really be the origin of the expression “Keep your shirt on” when telling someone to be patient? Hmmm, probably not but it does make sense.
