What do you expect from a dog who’s afraid of his own mirror image?

Poor Buckles traumatized by a huge snowman. Each panel today is adorable, especially when Jill holds him to reassure him he’s safe.

Around here it is against borough ordinances to stake out an animal, unattended or otherwise, on your property or elsewhere.

What would happen if the Snowman started “Walking in the air”?

The strip, as a whole, is hilarious, the fourth panel being the cherry on top for me! The angling is comical perfection! XD

My dog would have soaked that snowman, I think. But yes, do call a doggy behavioralist. He/she will be very interested in that short, yet heavy chain that is used to tie out a small dog. Beagle #2 was losing vision and as we walked the streets here and she saw large decorations and such at Christmastime she would bark at them. I would have to walk her right up to them, then she would look embarrassed and then soon it would happen all over again at another house. She had already lost her hearing, but not her joy in walking or anything else.

The thought occurs that he does this for fun.
