For this reason a woman should always bring a man with her when she’s buying a new car. I know it sounds sexist. But as a general rule men do know more about cars than women do. I’d probably do the same if I had to take the car to a mechanic.
Unlike Alondra, I don’t take a man and the cars I buy are excellent. I also go solo when going to a mechanic simply because I know enough to recognize bs or lies!
Ugh, that group is annoying!! Just let Cathy enjoy her new car without your condescending lecturing about what you think she should or should not have done. If it was that important to you, then you should have talked to her before she bought it, but it’s done now, so either shut up or say something like, “Love your car, Cathy! This feature is so cool! I hope you enjoy it!”
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Friday! Have a great day, all!
I’m a guy. What’s wrong with dealer financing? They do all the work. I walk out with a car, or motorcycle, and then I get the financing I want later from Navy Fed.
As I commented previously, I fully agree with the third panel. Not only are the car salesmen condescending to Cathy but so are her male coworkers.
We got home earlier this afternoon. My wife went through a series of exercises with a physiotherapist before being discharged this morning and she was really surprised at how well my wife was able to do the tasks – including walking up and down stairs. Just goes to show that if you follow the instructions for exercising before your hip replacement your recovery can be very fast.
Is it Friday already??? Wow, really fast week. I hope you all had a great day today.

They are just reacting to the chemicals in “new car smell”.

Coulda, shoulda, woulda …
She’ll drive herself crazy listening to all that yapping. But if she’s happy with her new car? That’s all that matters.
I’ve always liked the word “splattered” for some reason, too. Ha.
Happy Friday, “Cathy” Clan.
