Funnily enough, I get less of a hangover nowadays. And I need massive amounts of alcohol to be properly drunk, I only managed it once or twice in the last few years. The last time, I think we’ve pretty much emptied a restaurant and a bar.
I don’t get it. So it’s a rollercoaster as a visual metaphor, and the part where it goes upwards is the fun part where you go “Weee”? Isn’t that the opposite of how rollercoasters work?
I dunno… While I get that literally going downhill is a visual metaphor for things going downhill, it doesn’t work when everybody knows that going downhill is the best part of rollercoasters.
Heading to that head-throbbing, stomach churning, nauseous, dark-brown-tasting place of horrors that you always swear you will NEVER be enticed to enter again!

I can’t believe I still forget all about the existence of hangovers once I start drinking (mine are still terrible).
