Growing up, Peanuts was my favorite strip. I still love the old strips and TV specials (unfortunately, I don’t have Apple TV+, thank goodness for YouTube). The obituary for comics and cartoons has been written and rewritten many times, but no one’s found a way to kill it yet. Happy 100th Sparky!

Schulz introduced common memes to our country. We all know the “American Dream” is the football Lucy snatches away from Charlie Brown at the last moment. :)

OK, so are we back to waiting seven months for a new strip?

Time to ignore commiserations, it’s back to an eternity before a fresh posting.

It is time for a new strip.

I read the strip for decades but today I’m “Peanuts intolerant”. :)

Has anyone noticed it is currently MARCH 12,2023 ? Apparently Ms. Guisewhite hasn’t. Oh well one less comic to view, at least not again and again, and again, ad infinitum. Maybe Go Comics to offer a new selection.

As much as I enjoy Ms. Guisewite’s work, I’m GLAD she hasn’t written recently on this one. The COVID numbers are diminishing, and so there’s hope this will soon be over! Maybe she can start a new comic strip on Celebrations!

Must be nice, few commiserations or just no responsibility acceptance. Which do you suppose, or neither?

Kinda wish they’d start showing reruns here (my preference) or just take down this strip. It’s been a while since anything new …

Nothing updated perhaps give another artist a chance? 8 months is more than enough. Chucky is classic but even he deserves a respit.

8/20/2023 This comic has lived a full gestation, will a new one be born soon. It would seem 9 months is enough!!! Ya THINK.

If Ms Guisewite doesn’t want to use the space, maybe you could make it available to a new developing talent.

Sure would be nice to see GoComics restart this strip. The Random button helps, but it ain’t the same as updates.
