Better yet, they had even approached a policeman with their grievances. Must have made his day…..

Some towns in Iceland require a cat license, and in Reykjavík, cats have to have an RFID chip that is registered with the city.

You would think that the fink would jump at the chance for a new revenue stream. Licensing cats, cows, and horses? Genius!
