I don’t know where our brother Morris is getting his info from, but most of my experience is that most folks are into denial of wrongdoing. Even when there are witnesses to a crime, very few will own up to anything. Even court settlements are often done without admitting guilt of any kind.

Ontario, Canada has made a law that says apologising doesn’t equate to guilt.
