Astonishing that so many people are stupid enough to invest massive amounts of their life’s savings in this. Dabble maybe, but really people?

A short time ago, the leader of our Conservative party was touting crypto as a cure for inflation. That would be funny if it wasn’t so frightening.

I work in corporate Treasury and met a cam girl at a social event about 2 years back. My wife and I were talking to her when the “work” question came up. I told her about me being in corporate finance and she said that she had a bit of crypto currency and wanted to know my thoughts (apparently a lot of her customers are international and pay in crypto). I explained that Treasury focuses on reducing risks. It was only a matter of time before the governments started taking closer looks at it and the world started really looking at it. Value would drop as there wasn’t anything other than hype backing it. My suggestion was to trade it for USD at least once a quarter. Ran into her late this summer and asked her about it. She said that she had cashed it in but it was because she needed it to meet living expenses not to protect value.

Thoughts to ponder: Would the “creepy little girl” from Scary Gary think of Sherman as a cute little fishy? Or would she bond with Megan?
